This Privacy Notice explains how Renderis Studio (“Renderis”, “we”) collects and uses personal data when you use Renderis.cc and/or t.me/Renderis_bot (the “Services”). It also serves as your consent to processing of personal data as described below.

By using the Services, you acknowledge this Notice and consent to processing as described. If you do not consent, do not use the Services.
1. What Data We Process

We may process the following categories of data (depending on your usage):

Telegram account data: Telegram user ID, username, display name, profile photo (if accessible), language settings.
Contact data: if you provide email or other contact details (e.g., for support).
Transaction data: purchase identifiers, Telegram Stars payment data, third-party marketplace order references, timestamps, product/credit package details.
Usage data: commands, clicks, feature usage, session events, error logs, approximate technical data.
Content data: your prompts, generation parameters, and generation history metadata.
Device/technical data: IP address and similar identifiers (when interacting with the website), browser type, device type, operating system.
Cookies and similar technologies (website): cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and analytics identifiers.

We do not request or require you to provide sensitive personal data. Please do not submit sensitive data in prompts or uploads.
2. Purposes of Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

to provide and operate the Services (accounts, credits, generation, delivery of results);
to manage billing, purchases, fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks;
to maintain security, prevent abuse, enforce the Terms and Content Rules;

5.1. We store personal data no longer than 15 days after it is collected, unless we need to retain it longer for:

fraud prevention, chargeback/dispute handling;
security, abuse prevention, and enforcement of Terms;
legal compliance;
maintaining service integrity (e.g., keeping prompt history).

5.2. Prompt history may be stored for operational, security, and quality purposes.
6. Your Choices and How to Withdraw Consent

6.1. You may withdraw your consent by stopping use of the Services, including by stopping and blocking the bot in Telegram.

6.2. Withdrawal may result in inability to use the Services.

6.3. Certain minimal data may still be retained where necessary for security, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention.
7. Automated Decisions

We may use automated systems to detect abuse, enforce content rules, prevent fraud, and moderate requests. This may result in automatic blocking of content or accounts.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Notice. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the updated version.
