These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a public offer and a legally binding agreement between Renderis Studio (“Renderis”, “we”, “us”) and any individual user (“you”, “User”) who accesses or uses Renderis.cc and/or the Telegram bot t.me/Renderis_bot (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Services are available only to persons aged 18 or older.
1.2. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18+ and have full legal capacity.
2. Services and Credits
2.1. Renderis provides access to automated and AI-assisted content generation features, including (without limitation) generation of images, video, and text.
2.2. Access to generation features is provided via an internal unit called credits (“Credits”).
2.3. Credits are purchased and/or granted (e.g., bonuses, promotions). Credits may be used to initiate generation requests in accordance with the pricing logic stated in the bot menu section “Арифметика расходов” (“Spending Arithmetic”) and any other pricing information displayed in the Services.
2.4. Credits do not expire. However, the credit cost of any generation, model, mode, or option may change at any time (see Section 7).
2.5. Free bonuses or promotional credits may be issued at Renderis’ discretion and may be revoked at any time, including retroactively, if Renderis reasonably believes there has been abuse, fraud, policy violation, or technical error.
3. Orders, Payments, and Third-Party Sellers
3.1. Credits may be acquired through:
Telegram Stars payments inside the bot; and/or
third-party platforms (e.g., digital goods marketplaces) via their payment systems; and/or
cryptocurrency payments via third-party infrastructure.
3.2. At present, Renderis.cc does not process payments directly.
3.3. When purchasing via third parties, you acknowledge that:
pricing, payment processing, chargeback handling, and refunds may be governed by the third party;
Renderis may request transaction identifiers to assist with support;
Renderis is not responsible for third-party platform outages or payment processing delays.
4. When the Service Is Deemed Provided; Credit Deduction
4.1. A generation service is deemed provided at the moment Credits are deducted, i.e., when you submit a generation request and the system accepts it for processing.
4.2. Credits are deducted upon request submission/acceptance and are generally non-refundable (see Section 6), including where you subjectively dislike or disagree with the result.
5. No Guaranteed Output; AI Disclaimer
5.1. The Services rely on automated systems and third-party model providers. Renderis does not guarantee that any output will be accurate, complete, useful, lawful for your use case, or “fit for a particular purpose.”
5.2. AI-generated output may be incorrect, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for how you use any output and for verifying it.
5.3. Renderis may impose technical limits, quality throttling, or usage restrictions at any time.
6. Refund Policy (User-Unfavorable by Design)
6.1. General rule: no cash refunds. Purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable, and unused Credits are not redeemable for money.
6.2. Exceptional cash refunds may be granted only if:
the platform is demonstrably not functioning for an extended period due to Renderis’ fault, and
Renderis, in its sole discretion, approves a cash refund.
6.3. If Renderis grants an exceptional cash refund for any reason, all Credits associated with that purchase (including any promotional/bonus Credits linked to it) may be immediately annulled, and any remaining balance may be reduced accordingly.
6.4. No compensation for downtime. If the server or any component fails, Renderis will make reasonable efforts to restore service. No monetary compensation is provided for interruptions, delays, or downtime. Credits remain in the account and may be used once service resumes.
6.5. If an output is not delivered because your prompt/request violated the Content Rules (Section 8), this is not considered a service malfunction, and no refund or credit reversal is provided.
6.6. Renderis may, but is not required to, refund Credits (as Credits, not cash) for certain technical failures at Renderis’ sole discretion.
7. Pricing Changes and “Spending Arithmetic”
7.1. Renderis may change credit pricing, model availability, and generation costs at any time, including immediately, without prior notice.
7.2. The current cost is displayed in the bot menu section “Арифметика расходов” and/or in the generation flow. You are responsible for reviewing the cost before submitting a request.
7.3. Price changes do not create any entitlement to refunds, reimbursements, or “price protection.”
8. Content Rules (Strict) and Enforcement
8.1. You must not use the Services to generate, request, upload, or disseminate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates these Terms.
8.2. The following is strictly prohibited (non-exhaustive):
Graphic violence: gore, dismemberment, extreme injury, torture, execution, or highly realistic depictions of violence;
Sexual content / nudity: explicit sexual content, pornography, fetish content, or adult nudity, including implied explicitness;
Any content involving minors (absolute ban): any sexualization of minors, “young-looking” persons, “minor-like” depiction, “schoolgirl” themes, or any depiction that can reasonably be interpreted as involving a minor;
Self-harm: encouragement, instruction, glorification, or depiction intended to promote self-harm or suicide;
Drugs: instructions for manufacture, distribution, or abusive consumption;
Extremism and hate: extremist propaganda, incitement, harassment, dehumanization, hate speech, discrimination or violence against protected groups;
Harassment: targeted abuse, threats, stalking, or intimidation;
Personal data: requesting or generating personal data, doxxing, or sensitive identifying information;
Deepfakes/impersonation of real persons: creating or editing content intended to impersonate real individuals or mislead others about a real person’s actions or identity, including non-consensual synthetic media.
8.3. One violation policy: A single violation (or attempted violation) may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban, without notice.
8.4. No refunds upon enforcement: If your account is blocked for prohibited content or policy violations, you forfeit any remaining paid Credits and no cash refund will be issued.
8.5. If a prohibited prompt is submitted, Renderis may block the request, refuse output, or terminate your account. Any lack of output in such cases is not a “site error” and does not entitle you to a refund or credit reversal. Credits may still be consumed.
9. Referral Codes and Promo Codes
9.1. Renderis may offer referral codes providing discounts on generation costs (Credits).
9.2. Renderis may issue promo codes that, when redeemed, add Credits to your balance. Promo codes:
are single-use per code unless otherwise stated;
may be limited in quantity, time, or eligibility;
may be canceled, deactivated, or reversed in cases of abuse, fraud, or error.
9.3. Renderis may refuse redemption or revoke benefits at any time if it reasonably suspects abuse or violation of these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property and License
10.1. As between you and Renderis, you receive a broad, non-exclusive license to use generated outputs for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and third-party rights.
10.2. You grant Renderis a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, analyze, and use your prompts, generation history, and outputs for:
operating and improving the Services, including model tuning and quality control;
preventing abuse and enforcing policies;
marketing and promotional materials (including showcasing examples), unless you explicitly opt out by contacting support.
10.3. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any inputs you provide (including reference images) and that you do not violate third-party rights.
11. Data Storage, History, and Deletion
11.1. Renderis may store generation history, including prompts and metadata.
11.2. If you delete generated content from your Telegram chat, Renderis is not obligated to restore it. Restoration is not supported.
11.3. Renderis may retain certain logs and history for operational, security, and dispute purposes.
12. Support and Appeals
12.1. Support and appeals regarding bans may be submitted via Renderis Support bot: t.me/RenderisSupport_bot.
12.2. Any unbanning, reinstatement, or credit adjustment is at Renderis’ sole discretion.
13. Chargebacks and Fraud
13.1. If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, dispute, or fraudulent claim, Renderis may:
immediately suspend or terminate your access;
annul Credits associated with the disputed payment;
refuse future service.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1. To the maximum extent permitted, Renderis is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
14.2. Renderis’ total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Renderis (if any) in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
14.3. Renderis is not responsible for third-party services (including model providers, Telegram, payment processors, or marketplaces).
15. Changes to Terms
15.1. Renderis may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting/availability in the Services.
15.2. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Services.
16. Termination
16.1. You may stop using the Services at any time by ceasing access and blocking the bot.
16.2. Renderis may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including for policy violations or risk prevention.
17. Maintenance, Downtime, Force Majeure
17.1. The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
17.2. Renderis is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages of third-party systems, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or platform policy changes.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
CONSENT TO MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Effective date: 8th of February 2026
By giving this consent, you allow Renderis Studio (“Renderis”, “we”) to send you marketing communications about products, updates, promotions, and special offers.
This consent is separate from the Terms of Service and from essential service communications.
1. Channels
If you consent, we may send marketing communications via any available channel, including, without limitation:
email newsletters;
Telegram messages (including bot messages);
push notifications (where available);
SMS (where available);
in-app/website messages;
other communication methods we may introduce.
2. What Data We Use
We may use your contact and account data (such as Telegram ID, username, and any email you provide), as well as usage analytics, to personalize and measure marketing effectiveness.
3. Voluntary Nature
Your marketing consent is optional. You can use the core Services without marketing consent.
4. How to Withdraw Marketing Consent
You can withdraw this consent at any time by:
stopping and blocking the bot in Telegram; and/or
using available “unsubscribe” mechanisms where provided; and/or
contacting support via t.me/RenderisSupport_bot.
Withdrawal may take effect within a reasonable time.
5. Changes
We may update this consent form. Continued use after changes does not automatically re-consent to marketing; however, your prior valid consent remains effective until withdrawn.
